so that hit me.. and sorta hit me hard.. i mean i read tis article awhile ago and was very on with my exercise regime but recently i got lazy, extremely lazy. TODAY... im gonna start all that obsession to loose weight all over again.. but tis time im gonna take it slow... small baby steps but an ongoing process.. if dat lady can fit in a workout somewhere in her busy day.. i cud.. so frm today on.. tis place will be updated with my current obsession and my goal..
im gonna start with taking the stairs again, not only to my house but also at work but ill skip at work if its after 7pm.. hahah.. so if im too bz or tired to do any vigorous exercise, at least i not being lazy..
So mission size 14 to size 8 starts today!!! lets go...
